8. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

8.1 Bespoke / One-of-One Products

  • All garments are handcrafted and unique.

  • Due to their bespoke nature, we do not offer refunds.

8.2 Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges or store credit may be offered under the following conditions:

    • Returned within 7 days of delivery

    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

    • Includes all original tags, packaging, and labels

  • To initiate, contact hi@madebyatelier.com with:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) to return

    • Photos if applicable

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

8.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will provide a replacement if possible or issue store credit.

8.4 Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged garments

  • Custom alterations or bespoke pieces beyond standard sizing

  • Gift cards

8.5 International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.

8.6 Processing Refunds/Store Credit

  • Refunds or store credit are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

  • Refunds will use the original payment method where applicable.

9. Delivery

9.1 Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary.

9.2 Refused deliveries: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

9.3 Standard delivery costs may be refunded; premium shipping is non-refundable.

14.3 Pre-orders: delivery dates are estimates; payment is taken at order unless stated. Full refunds provided if unavailable.

15.1 Participation in any MadeByAtelier events is at your own risk.
