At MadeByAtelier, we are committed to delivering your one-of-one garments safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our process, timelines, and responsibilities.


1. Processing Time

All MadeByAtelier garments are handcrafted and produced individually. Due to the 1/1 nature of our items:

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship via trusted carriers in the UK and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

UK Shipping

  • Standard: 3–5 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. MadeByAtelier is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, MadeByAtelier is not liable for loss or theft.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly.

  • For damaged items, please email hi@madebyatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.


5. International Orders, Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • MadeByAtelier does not cover any customs charges, import duties, or taxes applied by your country.

  • Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order, as these fees vary by country and are outside our control.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.


7. Changes & Cancellations

Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at hi@madebyatelier.com.
