PROCESSING & SHIPPING
- We make every effort to ship all orders in 3-7 days, although since everything is made to order we try to have fast turn arounds. If your order was made on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched. You can also contact us if you'd like any kind of updates on your order.
- We offer free shipping on all UK orders and international orders over £150.
- Shipping times may vary on location and expected delays via the couriers website.
- Royal mail pass the package off to your local courier which will be updated via the tracking.

Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on location, we've taken shipping times from the couriers website. Most shipments do tend to arrive within 3-10 Days.
1. Not received a package?
We are sorry to hear that you have not received a package after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware.
2. How do I track my package?
As soon as the courier takes your parcel you will receive an email with the tracking number, in your order to monitor the status of your delivery on the couriers website. Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.
Due to covid-19, we may require 3-7 days to process the order and to dispatch it.
3. What if the package status is not updated?
If a sufficient amount of time has passed (5-7 Days) and the tracking status still hasn't updated please feel free to contact us it could've been a mistake on our end inputting the wrong tracking ID etc.
4. What if the package shows return to sender?
Please note the re-delivery service varies depends on the local carrier, If the package is shipped back to us we will contact you with the next steps, which will include repaying for the shipping, to resend to you.
Usually this happens if the courier has attempted to deliver the package to you multiple times or a customs charge is past due.
If your country is not listed on the above chart, don't fear we still ship to you we just choose the most common places we've shipped to in the past volumes as examples. but if you do have anymore concerns about shipping feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Please note, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking. To avoid concerns with delivery, we recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. If Delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location, or a card will be left with collection information depending on your local shipping couriers process.
If you order a pre-order style, or item(s) it will not be shipped immediately. Depending on the item you can be waiting up to 3 weeks for shipping to start, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
